Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the refund, return, and cancellation terms for all transactions made through the Cannabis Commerce Forum website www.cannabiscf.org.
1. Nature of Services
Cannabis Commerce Forum is a non-profit organisation that provides:
- Membership registrations (free and paid)
- Affiliate programme enrolment
- Donations to support advocacy, education, and community initiatives
- Access to digital resources, training, and events
All services provided by CCF are digital in nature. No physical goods are sold or delivered through this website.
2. Donations
All donations made to Cannabis Commerce Forum are voluntary and non-refundable. By making a donation, you acknowledge that:
- The donation is a voluntary contribution to support CCF’s mission
- Donations are not made in exchange for goods or services
- No refund will be issued for completed donations
If you believe a donation was made in error (e.g., duplicate transaction or incorrect amount), please contact us within 7 days of the transaction and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
3. Membership Fees
- Free memberships: No payment is involved; cancellation can be requested at any time
- Paid memberships: Membership fees are non-refundable once access to membership benefits has been granted
- If you wish to cancel your membership, you may do so by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current membership period, and no pro-rata refund will be issued
4. Affiliate Programme Fees
- Affiliate enrolment fees are non-refundable once the application has been processed and approved
- If an affiliate application is rejected, any fees paid will be refunded in full within 14 business days
- Affiliates wishing to withdraw from the programme may do so by providing written notice. No refund will be issued for the current enrolment period
5. Event and Training Registrations
- Cancellation more than 7 days before the event: Full refund
- Cancellation 3–7 days before the event: 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 3 days before the event: No refund
- If CCF cancels an event, a full refund will be issued to all registered participants
6. Erroneous or Unauthorised Transactions
If you believe an unauthorised or erroneous transaction has been made:
- Contact us immediately at info@cannabiscf.org
- Provide your full name, transaction date, amount, and reason for the dispute
- We will investigate and respond within 10 business days
- If the claim is valid, a refund will be processed to the original payment method
7. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used
- Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account
- CCF is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers
8. No Returns
As all our services are digital and no physical goods are sold, there are no returns applicable.
